SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Unless stated, we ship to all US domestic locations for FREE!

We also provide expedited service at a low price. Enjoy fast and reliable shipping when you buy your products from us. Our ordering and shipping services are among the best in the industry due to short processing times and a variety of shipping methods. Your orders are packaged at our warehouse in Southern California.

Weekend orders: please be advised that all orders placed after 5PM PDT on Friday evening will be processed, chronologically, on Monday. If you need to receive an item by a certain date, please assume that it will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday since our office is closed on the weekends.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We understand that not every purchase is a good fit for every customer. You will enjoy a 14-day return policy along with a full refund or item exchange. Please be advised that return shipping costs are up to the buyer - we do not provide return shipping labels. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, please contact us first with any questions, comments or concerns and we will be glad to work with you.

LOST PACKAGE & INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS POLICY

If your package is taking longer than usual to be received, your tracking number does not update, or the tracking indicates that the package is delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and work with you to retrieve it or send a replacement.

If your package was marked as "insufficient address", "addressee unknown", unable to deliver as address" or any notes of this nature from USPS and it returned to our warehouse we will notify you via the ebay messaging system. We will ask for an updated address and require you to pay for the shipping fees to resend the package or we can issue a full refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

If you receive a damaged package or the product is defective in any way, please contact us and we will work with you to replace the item(s). If the item(s) is defective or damaged, they do not need to be sent back to us.  In order to process any replacement packages for damaged or defective goods, we require photo proof of any damages or defects. Please attach photos to your message to us for expedited replacement processing time ("attach photos" function only available on the ebay full site, not the mobile site)
